We are Arti. Indonesia’s online art marketplace.

Arti in Indonesian means “meaning”. We believe every piece of art has a special meaning, and from that we can find clarity on our individual meaning.

We curate art from artists all over the world to bring you the most beautiful works. We reproduce art on different products such as Art Prints in the finest quality. Our artists get a commission from each sale.

No – if you are buying an art print, you are buying an unlimited edition highest quality reproduction of the work. We will soon launch our original marketplace and limited prints line.

No – our store is online. We don’t have a physical store, but our main office is located at KMO Building, 9th floor Jl. Kyai Maja no.2, Jakarta 12120 Indonesia. Anyone is welcome to meet the team. If you are interested in meeting us, please contact us.

PAYMENTS

The easiest is a direct bank transfer to us. You will receive instructions on where and how to pay when you have completed your order. We will also provide payment by Credit Card, E-banking, and other methods.

DELIVERY

We will ship your order within 3-4 business days. We need time to process, print, and carefully inspect each work of art with care.

We currently only ship in Indonesia.

Yes – you will be given a tracking number in your confirmation email or you can check your Order Status from your My Account page.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

If an item is eligible for return, you can return it within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Take a picture of the damaged product and the box immediately, we will send you another one free of charge.

Manual payments may be cancelled within 12 hours if you contact us. Past that there are no guarantees, since our system is quick to process your order for printing. Automated payments using our payment gateway may not be eligible for cancellation.
